This past weekend we took Scott swimming for the first time!
Earlier last week I took him to the kiddie pool with some of my friends.
Earlier last week I took him to the kiddie pool with some of my friends.
I put him in the water for the first time.... and he loved it! No crying for this kid.
He was so excited and started splashing his arms and smiling. He also loved listening to the other kids talk and laugh!
This weekend we took him over to Nate's parents to go in the big pool...
He was so excited and loved it just as much!
Nate played peek-a-boo (Scott's new favorite game) by going under the water and making a big splash on the way up. He thought it was hilarious. His little baby giggles make me so happy!
He also went in the swing for the first time and thought it was great.
It is so fun as a parent to experience all these "firsts" with him. I think it's almost more fun for me than it is for him!
Here is a video of Scott playing his new favorite game with Mommy!

So sweet. We watched the video twice. Boys insisted! Can't wait to see him in in a couple weeks!
So many firsts! I've been wondering when I should try Cal in a swing and I think I got my answer. Isn't he getting so much fun? Its awesome when they can start to do activities, instead of just laying around.
Also, you look AMAZING! There's no way you've just been walking every day...what are you doing?
you guys are both so adorable! love. and yes - i wish i looked that good (by just walking every day!)
Haha you ladies are so nice! I wish I could stay in shape by just walking too... but sadly that's not the case!
